They are free to stay with BhuSutra, or start their own ventures.

The true doer and the soul of Bhu Sutra is Bankey Bihari. Every thread is woven by His will, and every sculpture is a manifestation of His divine play (Leela). He is the purpose and the power behind this mission.

As the 'First Employee' and instrument (Nimitt), my hands personally craft every BhuSutra sculpture for the mission He is running. Each sale brings us closer to our goal: training and bringing our first artisan home. All work is His.
